Two days

There are only two days left of my "normal" life here in Canada. Two days and counting...(for any of you who have seen James Bond with my family you should be laughing right now. For any of you that haven't I'm sorry).
I amazingly only have a few little things left to pick up before I go. Slowly been collecting all those important little things that are vital to Jill and I's trip. Like Microfiber towels.
Let me tell you my exciting story about Microfiber towels. First of all, if you don't know what a microfiber towel is than let me explain. It's a towel, and it's made out of microfiber. :) Actually they're these great traveling towels because they take up hardly any space and they absorb water really well.
Second, they are really, really expensive. I called our pool and Valhalla only to discover if I wanted to spend $50.00 on each of them then I could obtain the perfect travel towels for Jill and I. However my mother, in all her wonder, called Fabricland, and they sell it by the bucket loads! When we showed up to look for the stuff the women helping us even offered to surge the edges of both towels for us. :D Oh happy day!
But the best part is, that they cost us about $6.00 each. WOOHOO!

Drafts

I was just checking my posts and I had four drafts that I've never published. One was just a title even, hardly worth mentioning. I guess that's me just starting away at something and then getting distracted like I so often am.
I must admit too that I do wish I was a better blogger. More dedicated, like Jill, but alas I am not. However I have decided that while in Ireland blogging (and probably Facebook) shall be my main form of communication because I will not be able to get everyone updated otherwise. So hopefully my skills at regular bloggage will increase instead of remaining a slow but steady stream.

All about Ireland

I am: going to Ireland in 8 days!
I think: that it's going to be fantastical!
I know: that Jill is awesome at planning sweet things to go and see
I want: to have enough money while I'm there
I have: so much left to do before I go
I wish: I could see it all
I hate: not being in Ireland yet, but am happy to spend time with my family
I miss: out when I'm tired
I fear: getting completely lost somewhere in Ireland or not being able to find somewhere to sleep for the night
I feel: stoked about going!
I hear: that the whether has improved and is looking more like summer!
I smell: fresh air
I crave: a great cup of coffee with Jill in Ireland :)
I wonder: what the most exciting thing will be about my trip?
I regret: not getting myself organized sooner for all the little details
I love: the fact that it's only 8 more days
I care: fully have selected what I'm going to bring with me
I always: found that if you want to fulfil a dream, you should tell God about it. He's the best at making things happen
I am not: going to be in Canada for very much longer
I believe: that my dream is coming true
I fight: the idea of being frightened by airport security
I write: to-do lists because I would forget otherwise
I listen: to Jill. She's the Ireland expert!
I need: a backpack to put all my stuff in!
